Coronavirus Update
Hello Midnight Sun Tango Community,
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and wanted to give you all an update. At this point, we are still excited to dance with you all at Midnight Sun in July (woo-hoo!). However, we are monitoring the CDC, WHO, and Alaska Division of Public Health info and recommendations, and will continue to keep you all posted. Here are a few things to know:
Extending Early Registration: We’re extending our early registration price ($295/person for all food, lodging, and dancing) until May 1st! We understand folks might be worried that the event will eventually be canceled – we’re still excited and planning on the event happening, but sign up without fear – we’ll offer everyone a full refund if the event is canceled or someone needs to cancel due to coronavirus.
Fully Refundable Flights: Alaska Airlines is offering full refunds on any tickets bought before March 31st that end up needing to be canceled.
Stay well everyone, and take care of yourselves and your communities- wash your hands, stay home and contact a doctor if you’re feeling sick, try to stay a few feet away from other folks, cough into your elbow, and follow whatever guidelines your community has.
